If y'all remember, we opened College Station almost 3 years ago, about 6 weeks before everything shut down due to Covid-19. The stores we will be closing are our College Station and our Katy locations. But above all, we want to ensure that this business continues to survive through the hard times and that means we have to cut out the areas that just aren't the strongest. We would much rather invest in other parts of our business that is seeing tremendous growth.

The retail stores that we are going to be closing have seen a huge decline in traffic, and had an insanely hard time trying to find staff and unfortunately we can no longer justify pouring money into trying to keep them open. In the past year, CSDS Vinyl has seen one of the greatest's shifts in how we operate and what is benefiting us in growth since the beginning of this business. This decision did not come lightly at all. We have 2 stores whos leases are up for renewal and we are unfortunately not going to be renewing those leases. And as a result, we have had to make some very tough decisions. And there is a lot of signs pointing to the fact that the coming year or two will be no better, and can in fact be worse. And I know I am not alone in what I have experienced. This year has been unlike any other in my business owning experience. Nothing I seem to come up with sounds right and each time I have tried to write this post, I can't get through the first sentence without balling like a baby.
